A contract focused on the development of an evaluation tool for assessing Innovative Ministry Projects funded by multi faith organizations ( United Church, Anglican Church, Lutheran Church) in order to provide insights and improve the organizational wisdom of ministry practitioners. Developed through a collaborative process, a tool, accompanying guide and online learning program was created, tested and implemented using four case studies.

Responsible for working with the IDEAS ( Improving & Driving Excellence Across Sectors ) Secretariat to manage the academic administration and curricula renewal, of a blended delivery design, of the IDEAS Introductory Program. This role involves establishing processes and mechanisms to ensure consistency in the development and delivery of IDEAS course content among multiple site in partnerships with all Ontario's Faculty of Medicine and CPD Offices through liaising at partnering institutions,their Advisories and faculty.
The Anglican Church of Canada is an independent self-governing church in communion with the other 44 churches of the worldwide communion. Under the direction of the Local Arrangements Committee, this role coordinated 100+ volunteers of the event held in Richmond Hill. Ontario from July 7 - 13, 2016.
