School has taught me that team work and collaborating is key to succeeding. In high school I was part of a lot of clubs that encouraged me to work in teams. For Example in My ECO engineering Club I would have to work in teams to take care of the chickens feeding them, picking up their eggs and cleaning them. We would work on teams, and we would also alternate to ensure we can all gain experience from each task. The teamwork made everything so much easier. Not only did we get our work done fast, but we also got to spend time together and grow closer. I have to thank my ECO engineering club for also teaching me customer service. We would have to sell the eggs. This gave me an opportunity to learn what it is like to be respectful and skilled when selling products and handling money. I also had multiple occasions in my class of 2025 club to sell snacks to fundraise for my class and its last year activities. I also learned how to flexible and adaptable to be able to help and participate in these clubs I was in charge of taking care of my brother, so I learned a way to manage both at the same time to pick up my brother take him home give him food and be able to go back to school and fulfill my duties as a member. When we made grams to sell I learned how to be organized and also be aware of the time we had to finish the grams, so they could be ready in time to pass them out. Although sometimes some grams would get lost and not arrive to the people, we kept calm and solved the problem quietly. In my SWE club we would always work in teams and work together on projects. This made me stronger and always be positive and always having a positive attitude. Both my ECO Engineering and SWE clubs were led by two of my engineering teachers. I had the opportunity to know them both all four years in high school, and they got to know me too. They realized that I was dependable and responsible. I would always be the one they could count on when they needed something to be taken care of.
