In 2014 I made an intentional decision to put my work life on hold in order to start and grow a family. I am ready to get back into the workforce bringing over 10 years of customer service experience which provides me with the skills to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. I successfully work as part of a team or individually to reach personal and business goals. I have been known for successfully handling escalated customer support issues and directly supporting company leadership. I also have supervisor knowledge and experience and the ability to train new employees.
