To whom it may concern: For twenty years I have never been tempted to apply for a job until today! What you have described seemed to mirror my work at Microsoft, and quite frankly I took the world by storm. I have worked successfully in my own remote home office environment for the last twenty years. I have enjoyed working with several different employers and workers over the years. I am very sure Crossover would be another one. What excited me about this role is the opportunity to grow a worker-focused audience. Please pay close attention to my time at Microsoft where I took a virtually unknown program and made it a country-wide success. In fact, what we did here in Canada was often mirrored in other countries. I was in no doubt considered the best in the world at growing and building the Microsoft training and certification brand. I am sure if you are interested, I can find 3-4 former business employers who can vouch for my success. At ExecuTrain I had the unfortunate situation of trying to recover an over-extended business. While our sales skyrocketed our costs grew faster. It was lose-lose situation. In the end while the owner desperately sought a buyer, I was able to introduce and facilitate a deal in a matter of weeks. I am a person who sees the world as a place of opportunity and I approach business the same way. As far as my ability to write I was a featured columnist for Employer News many years ago and I authored a wonderful, simple career book called In2Win! There are currently 5,000 copies in print. The feature I am most proud of, aside from the content is the simple social media interface I have built in. Every worker who reads the book can scan a QR-code (different on every page) that leads them to audio, video and more content written online. The reader also has the option to comment their thoughts as well. I often say it’s a smart book that keeps getting smarter. I look forward to discussing further my application. In the last 20 years of my career I have been an engaging career coach that delivers simple thinking that changes lives with a passion.
