My duties as a lead include caring for the plants in mom and veg, defoliation, topping, watering, checking for pests and deploy predatory bugs. I do the scheduling for the clones, cloning, caring for clones and transplants and foliar feeds. My duties also include cleaning tables, loading with cubes. I keep a nice clean and positive work environment! I am required to do paperwork, enforce SOP’s and delegate jobs to my helper!
I also work with cultivation in the flower rooms quite regularly, when needed with defoliation, pruning, and harvest.
