• Operations management: Supervise the casting process from the receipt of raw materials to obtaining the final product, ensuring that production deadlines and objectives are met.

• Personnel management: I directed, trained, and motivated the team of operators (30 people under supervision). I also conducted performance evaluations and ensured compliance with labor standards and safety procedures.

• Process improvement: I analyzed production data and identified areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity, being able to implement new technologies or processes.

• Preventive Maintenance: Regular inspections to detect problems before they occur. Scheduled oil, filter, and other fluid changes. Checking critical components such as brakes, suspension, hydraulic and electrical systems. Checking tire condition and pressure. Maintaining refrigeration systems for perishable goods.
• Corrective maintenance: Troubleshooting and repair. Replacement of worn or defective parts.
• Management and diagnosis: Use of diagnostic tools and scanners to identify anomalies. Recording and reporting of incidents for tracking and repair.
• The truck fleet has more than 1500 trucks wich includes Car carrier trailer, dry van truck, flatbed truck, the motors that I worked was CUMMINS & PACCAR.

• Diagnosis: Identify and locate the cause of mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in the vehicle.
• Repair: Repairing or replacing damaged components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Preventive maintenance: Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotation, filter and belt replacement, and alignment.
