Inventory Duties Included but not limited to:
- Conducted future planning to obtain sufficient materials to accomplish mission.
- Labeled, organized and located inventory items in staging areas or on shelves according to quantity, size or type of material.
- Processed new patients and updated client records with key information using standardized registration systems and encrypted databases.
- Analyzed inventory to identify excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory and oversaw disposition.
- Utilized Impromed to prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments and expenditures.
- Strengthened inventory processes to balance supply needs with budget and space limitations.
- Collaborated with purchasing and production to maintain levels of quality and on-hand inventory.
- Marked stock items with identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools or other labeling equipment.
- Created production forecasts and plans based on sales forecasts, historical usage and product trends.
- Recorded information, shortages and discrepancies to keep records current and accurate.
Veterinary Assistant duties included:
- Cleaned and disinfected exam areas, surgical equipment and kennels to prevent diseases and control odors.
- Assisted veterinary staff with blood analyses and physical assessments.
- Administered medications to animals in treatment and documented changes in condition.
- Positioned animals for diagnostic imaging such as x-rays and scans.

Utilized education where necessary to provided nutrition consultations to equine clients and recommendations for patient nutrition while hospitalized.
