Transportation services:

- Supervise service workers including work performance in completion of duties and ensure resident transportation,meal and supply delivery to the resident and staff of the MDC.

- Oversees and coordinates Transportation services and fleet management, including resident transportation, pick-up and delivery of meals,laundry/linen medications,medical supplies,furnature and equipment .

- Oversees fleet management (vehicle maintenance, licensing and compliance,accident management,fuel management,health and safety management

- Schedules and manages staffing resources to ensure operational needs are met.

-Participates in budget preparation and expenditure management including monitoring expenditure and forecasting for estimates

- Participates in the development ,delivery and evaluation of policies , programs and services .

- ensures regular inspections,preventive maintenance of all fleet vehicles,revenant tools and equipment related to the delivery of transportation services .

- Regularly maintain and monitor applicable records to ensure efficient allocations of resources equipment and supplies
