Logistics, Munitions & Inventory Management

• Directed accountability and serviceability for a combined US/UK munitions stockpile valued at $25M in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR).
• Led a 100% inventory at Al Asad Air Base, coordinating count teams to validate 98,000 items in a $27M arsenal, making critical assets available for the fight against ISIS.
• Oversaw 48 ammunition custody accounts valued at $14M, directing inventories and correcting negative trends to support F-15 and HH-60 combat and training missions.
• Designed a 5-year munitions forecast to budget for the lethality requirements of 18 accounts and 481 line items, successfully replenishing a $64M stockpile.
• Processed AFSO 21 program documents, maximizing munitions demilitarization capabilities by teaming with 4 bases and 3 services to save the Air Force $300K in annual transportation costs.
• Scrutinized War Consumables Distribution Objective (WCDO) documents, identifying shortfalls and guiding the requisition of 20,000 weapons ($4M) to restock an 18th Wing stockpile.

Foreign Military & Allied Partner Support

• Piloted the Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP) for the Singaporean and Canadian Air Forces, building six AIM-120 missiles to prove weapon lethality during allied live-fire training.
• Directly supported a Singapore Air Force mission by performing a critical software upload on four AIM-120C missiles.
• Spearheaded 10 allocation transfers to support nine Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments, re-aligning 101,000 munitions valued at $104M to synergize 3,200 joint and multinational sorties.
• Deployed as Munitions Operations Section Chief to Al Asad Air Base, leading accountability for a combined US/UK munitions stockpile supporting OIR and 12 EKIAs.

Program & Operations Management

• Guided CENTCOM resupply requirements, approving 25 Out of Cycle requests for 57 weapons, which armed 1,000 sorties and achieved a 100% kill rate.
• Bolstered a Hill AFB WSEP deployment by testing 41 AIM-9 and AIM-120 missiles valued at $26M, resulting in 26 missiles on-target.
• Received by-name selection for HHQ validation to verify AIM-9M inert warhead installation, a project which saved the Air Force $500K in annual drone costs.
• Authored and delivered a comprehensive custodian account briefing, relaying critical duties and responsibilities to 96 personnel to ensure continuity for 127 custodians and commanders.
• Telemetry Systems Specialist: Attended Harris Corporation training and qualified on telemetry test, inspection, and assembly; one of only 25 individuals qualified across the entire Air Force.
• Munitions Accountable Systems Officer (MASO): Performs all MASO duties during incumbent's absence in accordance with governing directives.

Missile Systems & Maintenance Management

• Maintained, inspected, and assembled a $961M inventory of Captive Air Training Missiles (CATM), Air Intercept Missiles (AIM), and Air-to-Ground Missiles (AGM).
• Assembled and tested 406 missiles valued at $226M for live-fire exercises, directly contributing to 28 squadrons being coded "Combat Ready."
• Executed 226 missile operations and 423 deliveries, facilitating 1,000 incident-free movements, and was named the Wing's AMRAAM Outstanding Performer of the Year.
• Identified a critical manufacturer defect during a Raytheon missile shipment, swapping 11 AIM-120s ($8M) and boosting the Wing's available training assets by 46%.
• Supervised the modification of 92 AIM-9M missiles, enabling 28 successful live-fires.
• Oversaw AIM-9X software validation and uploads, leading to the first operational live-fire for the Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP) and three decisive live-fire missions that validated weapon lethality.
