Cory Hanson

I am responsible for the reconditioning process for three Hyundai locations. My responsibilities include an initial inspection of all vehicles for damages, inputting the vehicles' data into RapidRecon, and writing their reports. I am responsible for gathering information to put together estimates for the cost of needed repairs. I manage and dispatch the vehicles to my reconditioning technicians. I am in contact with our vendors who complete paint repairs, dent removals, windshield repairs, etc. I am in charge of managing my detailers who complete an interior and exterior clean of our reconditioned vehicles. Lastly, I handle setting up new car customers for any "due bill" repairs or concerns. Once they are satisfied, I close the repair orders.

I was a technician responsible for repairs on all equipment and vehicles.

I was a heavy-line technician with World Class Certification from GM.

I was responsible for greeting and writing up customer cars for maintenance services. I was also a quick-lube technician there.

I ran operations at this location as well as worked on vehicles. I handled book-keeping, inventory, and repairs.
