Summary

I have been working in the field of Education for 24 years and have had many roles including classroom teacher, Department Head, Instructional Designer, LDP candidate and most recently Vice Principal of a large Secondary School. I I feel I am ready to take the next step in my school leadership career where I will be able to exert influence in order to collaboratively build shared visions with regard to the implementation of instructional programs within a school. I hope to utilize skills that I have gained through my practice and through my studies to help set direction and create a culture that fosters individuality, innovation and engagement in all learners.
