Developed and implemented a comprehensive training program on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for onboarding bachelor’s level clinicians, addressing a critical gap in trauma-informed care. This initiative equipped new clinicians with essential skills to minimize harm and uphold ethical practices when working with clients. Through thorough research on the city’s demographics, I highlighted the importance of trauma-informed approaches in therapy and their impact on client outcomes. I presented my findings and training materials to the agency owner, providing a structured guide to facilitate effective training sessions and promote a culture of trauma-informed practice within the agency.
