• Optimized warehouse layouts for maximum space utilization and efficient material handling, reducing labor costs and increasing productivity.

• Developed and managed end to end operations for training and deploying wildfire suppression crews and resources across British Columbia.
• Recruited, deployed and supported over 100 staff seasonally; managing logistics and supporting up to 15 crews stationed in remote wilderness projects.
• Constructed a comprehensive OH&S program and implemented use of cloud-based technology for audit maintenance and risk analysis.
• Developed key operational initiatives to drive and maintain substantial business growth leading to Carmanah Wildfire becoming the largest and most sought after contract wildfire service provider for the provincial government.
