- Writing a detailed story for all lines on every repair order using CDK
- Performed thorough inspections that included: inspecting and topping off all fluids, inspecting both air filters, isolating and testing batteries, checking for DTC's and recalls, performing light checks, adjusting tire pressures, noting tread depth and wear, noting brake pad measurements, checking underneath vehicle for any fluid leaks and diagnosing leaks when possible, checking differential/transfer case fluid condition and levels, and inspecting all suspension components and driveline for play or damage
