My parents owned a dairy farm in B.C. for most of my growing up. I was expected to feed livestock, clean pens, scrape barns, and do other tasks as needed. In so doing, I learnt good work ethic, patience and teamwork. In 2019, my parents sold the cows and quota. At that time, there was more available time for me to pursue other employment around my school schedule. In preparation for selling our property in 2023, I did various house projects such as installing laminate flooring, replacing mouldings and trim boards, and various other small home improvements. In September of 2023, I moved with my family to Alberta. I started working for CJ Plumbing and Heating in October 2023 as Dan Humphrey's apprentice, where I have learnt and put to use my plumbing and HVAC experience as well as machine operation, helping install septics. I went to my first year of school in March of 2025, and I'm booked for my second year of schooling in October of 2025.
