Led the UK Team to deliver record Sales and Operating Income for both the Foodservice & Licensed Channels

Responsible for gaining and retaining Key National Accounts for the Starbucks Brand. Acquired and opened the first 6 Licensee operated locations in the UK

• Oversaw 16 Store locations across multiple geographies delivering high-quality standards of operation.

Responsible for Food and Beverage Operations onboard 11 Vessels

Responsible for delivering unparalleled standards of service onboard a 5 star cruise ship
