• High Performance Hockey is my skills and power skating development organization that I began in 2019.
• I've worked with players individually as well as in small groups to help better develop their skillset and improve player confidence
• I take a very individualized approach with my clients and do my best to understand exactly what needs to be corrected.
• To do so I often attend my clients league games and have conversations with their parents and league coaches.
• We've also run hockey camps during March break and snow days where the focus is more geared towards having fun and making new friends all while becoming better hockey players.

• Worked in player development, creating practice plans for both morning skills/skating sessions as well as afternoon team practices
• Also assisted players in their personal athletic development by watching game film and discussing positives and negatives
• Helped develop team systems and strategies, along with preparing pre scouting reports on the teams we were facing the upcoming week
• Developed relationships and team chemistry within the locker room using team building activities in order to better increase both on ice performance and a sense of belonging for all members of the team.
