I provided professional knowledge and expertise in the administration, support, development and execution of Fillmore Construction’s environmental Health and Safety Program.

Managed HSE for all Synergy major projects across western Canada.
Day to day management of Safety Coordinators activities. Managed various pre-qualification systems keeping records and compliance up to date. Ensured ongoing development and updating of safety policies and procedures as needed.
Monitored company safety program by collecting and correlating statistics to identify trends that may require intervention to improve. Collect both lagging and leading indicators.
Conducted regular project site inspections to gauge compliance with COR and safety policies and procedures. Managed the electronic safety management system.
Managed Safety Coordinator completion of administrative duties to support COR program. Managed Field Safety Coordinator completion of weekly site safety inspections, meetings, incident investigations and hazard assessments as required.

Responsible to oversee WCB injury claims including related documentation, rehabilitation and return to work programs.
