  • Working through all new deals to make sure the files are submitted clean before they are sent into processing with the finance company, to avoid processing delays.
  • Working with our engineers to get accurate drawings for the project done and submitting the CADS to the city.

  • I ran sales meetings every Wednesday morning to review any objections the sales reps were getting so we could actively practice and make sure our rebuttals were ready to go.
  • Actively went out in the field with my team to door knock and provided in person examples of how to sell the product, while helping new sales representatives feel comfortable with in person sales and get some sales under their belt.
  • Developed a phone team of 10 sales representatives to reach areas in northern California that our door knockers were not at.
