Summary

Diligent Lead Instructor with proven track record in leading instructional teams and fostering engaging learning environment seeking the opportunity to progress into the Regional Training Coordinator (RTC) for the Chilliwack Campus. Since starting my career with the JIBC I stepped up into different rolls when needed. In February 2023, when asked I stepped up into a lead sessional role when the position became vacant. In June 2025 when the RTC position needed to be backfilled I stepped up again while continuing my duties as the lead instructor. I have successfully guided the new curriculum development into the classroom and implemented innovative teaching methodologies that enhanced student outcomes. Demonstrated ability in mentoring instructors and utilizing effective communication skills to achieve collaborative objectives.
