In my current role, I was the first point of contact with the customer to be available 24hrs a day when I was in an on-call rotation. In most cases, I would support the job from start to end. I was involved in the planning and execution of all types of fishing operations, including problem-solving for complicated oil field operations. I handled the equipment, personnel, travel logistics and shipping. I ensured field staff complied with the customer's safety standards. When not on-call, my team and I would manage maintenance, quality control and inventory. My team and I also supported other branches, domestic and global international sales and technical service. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and expertise with new product lines.
