• Managed administrative operations for 29 detachments, overseeing public complaint investigations, training needs and workplace accommodation requests.

• Managed 5 distinct support units including; Community Policing, Traffic Services, Police Dog Service, Forensic Identification, and Professional Responsibility.
• Managed all resourcing for incoming and outgoing transfers for this large municipal unit including numerous Cadets.

• Directed detachment operations and administrative functions, including providing strategic guidance and direction on a wide variety of complex criminal investigations, and prioritizing and monitoring administrative tasks.
• Collaborated effectively with elected officials and government agencies to strengthen inter-agency relations.
