  • Spearheaded the effort to build one of the first African -led immigration legal services organization in San Francisco. When I first joined as a volunteer, as a struggling and unknown organization in the making. The revenue was around $76,000. By the time I left 2018//2019 operating budget and revenue streams were almost a $1million.
  • In addition to agency's fundraising and communication efforts in collaboration with the Executive Director. I contributed in increased awareness and support for the organization through strategic planning and outreach.

  • Led the transition of the organization from a fiscally-sponsored project of Dolores Street Community Services (DSCS) to an independent 501(c)(3), creating one of the only African led immigration organizations in the Bay Area with an almost $1 million dollar budget by 2017.
  • Provided direct immigration legal services for asylum seekers, including interpretation.
