Welcoming customer. Answering questions about specialty organic foods. Processing large orders received bi-daily. Daily food prep for smoothies, sandwiches and other ready made meals. Balancing til, cleaning, facing products/ creating pleasant store presentation.
Preparing ingredients needing for busy breakfast/ lunch service. Cooking bills as they come. Helping prepare larger catering orders. Serving food to customers in the front of house/ taking orders, taking payments, balancing til.
Physical labour, 8-10 hour days. Time management and personal motivation an asset as individual is paid per tree. Working with other and independently to complete work in a positive and motivated manor.
