Identify potential underlining cause of crisis situation and subsequently provide on-site intervention including mental health and risk assessments, mental status exams, safety plans, and follow-up plans. Refer client(s) and caregiver(s) to suitable resources. Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality with client(s) and families. Work with collaterals such as Winnipeg Police, ANCR and hospital staff.
