Began in the industry as a Customer Service Representative at Pizza Hut and was quickly promoted to Shift Leader, where I gained hands-on experience managing teams, solving problems under pressure, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Later, helped run my family’s small Mexican restaurant, overseeing staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. This experience taught me how to lead with responsibility, adapt quickly, and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment. Most recently worked as a Material Handler through Balance Staffing, but I’m eager to return to the food industry with renewed passion and a broader skill set.
