My job duties as a housekeeping supervisor, have been always trying to motivate staff, working as a team. Responding to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services, finding solutions to complaints. Identifying and addressing maintenance issues. Collaborated with various team members to ensure guest requests were addressed appropriately and timely. Helping in pending rooms, and anywhere help is needed.
