  • Acted as General Manager to a lovely 3 room Boutique Hotel in Blyth, Ontario until owners decided to convert into long term rentals so contract came to an end
  • Role entailed managing all reservations from a couple of different platforms and interacting with guests on an on-going basis
  • Developed reservation system 'WebRezPro' - also worked directly through Airbnb setting up profile and accepting reservations via this platform
  • Developed terms and conditions for all guests - collaborated with local like businesses and helped set up 'Blyth Hospitality Group' as a way to refer reservations when fully booked
  • Tracked monthly sales to generate reports for business development planning

  • Along with substantial time with buyers, also completed all sales agreements and other required correspondence so accuracy and concise written communication skills a must
  • Customized individual floor plans with each buyer in order to satisfy their own unique requirements by working very closely alongside builder when required
