My teaching approach is characterized by a deep commitment to the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and self-discovery.
Specializing in Yin yoga, I have honed my skills in leading classes that foster deep relaxation, flexibility, and inner awareness. Additionally, I offer a diverse range of classes including Pranayama and guided meditation, Yin Yang, Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Balance & Endurance, catering to the varied needs and preferences of my students.
My teaching style is rooted in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to explore their practice at their own pace. I prioritize alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement, guiding students to connect with their bodies and cultivate a sense of presence on and off the mat.
