• Inspection and ensuring day-to-day manufacturing tolerance are being followed for profiles being extruded

• Determine whether product defects are acceptable and relay corrective actions to lead hands and supervisors

• Send customers product samples and assign master samples upon approval

• Modify AutoCAD drawings to accommodate customer specifications and changes

• Setting up new profiles in PLV (Digital Optical Comparator) for on line production checks

• Issue RMA's and inspect incoming material returns and issue material to recycle or restock

• Assisting in lab tests to ensure product stability, weathering and shrinkage following AAMA & ASTM Standards for Rigid PVC Extrusions of Windows and Doors

• Collecting retain samples and reporting data of weight and color to ensure product is following specification over long term
