Summary

I am a very committed person whose passion is always oriented towards excellence and set goals. My experience of working with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities for over two decades has led me to acquire wonderful human management skills that perfectly suit the role of a chaplain. I am convinced that given my background in philosophy, I have what it takes to excel in nearly every human management enterprise, especially when it has to do with people whose personalities and identities have met with critical moments and challenging times, but are on their way to mend.

Over and over again, I have been able to inspire people who are struggling with life’s challenges, with basic anthropological maxims that instil self mend and optimism. Often, all that is needed to drive people to renewed visions of life would depend on relating fundamental ideas that reconnect wounded personalities with frames of thoughts that identify all humans as bundles of impossible possibilities.

Again, I want to emphasise that I have a work ethics driven by prudential judgment and compassion, and this has always inspired my ethics of relationship with people who I encounter, especially those under my watch, and have accounted for the many times I have succeeded in reuniting families and individuals thorn apart by crises of many kinds, emanating from lack of mutual trust and lack of self belief and personal self esteem. On many occasions, I have been able to help completely broken individuals to regain self worth and guided them back to reaffirm their self-identity. I want to state clearly that my years of experiences as an ordained clergy coupled with my faith and religious commitment equally add to what makes me a personality that inspires hope and optimism against situations and conditions that appear to distabilise people’s wellbeing and wholeness.

Given these, I put myself forward to work with you as a chaplain convinced that my career part of continuous support to people with dedication and compassion will see me through.

My experience as an administrator with a background from philosophy turned me to an empathetic leader and captivating public speaker who engages people from different backgrounds in dialogue and discussion on a wide range of subjects. It is against this frame of thought that I am optimistic I will fit into the roles you have advertised.
