The project covers the consolidation of over 5 million materials scattered in various contractor warehouses, work sites, and other locations. Extracting this dataset, categorizing the material, grouping the material, and loading this dataset in MS SQL Server backend while using MS-Access as front end. Creating a centralized portal for material expediting, material receiving, custom documentation and tracking, material issues, and material backlog. This process saved the ExxonMobil over $5 billion US Dollars. From the cost of hotels, travels, material theft, and double purchase. Collaborated with ExxonMobil Project Service group to develop the Offshore facility Estimating Tracking Toolkit (OFES), this tool assists the project servicing group in making appropriate estimates of various tangible and intangible costs in the successful execution of any greenfield or brownfield projects ensuring that Project is executed within stipulated time and cost.
