Throughout my education, I have had clinical rotations at Long Term Care Facilities, Medical Surgical Units, Obstetrics Departments, In/Out Patient Clinics, Operating Room, Dialysis and Mental Health.
Mental Health is an area I am very passionate about and would like to pursue further psychosocial and outreach courses. I hold current CPR and First Aid certificates, as well as a valid driver’s license. I feel that my greatest strength is contributing to a safe work environment
by observing ongoing situations. Working in a Mental Health Centre is giving me the confidence to continue a role that helps make a positive difference in peoples live
Working within a team setting is a priority for my career. I promote a positive attitude and work well under pressure to perform the necessary tasks at hand. As an RPN, responsibility for establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and their families by
applying knowledge in: assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care has been completed. I know the importance of maintaining confidentiality and I have become a critical
