  • $3M FF&E Budget Development & Implementation: Led the development, peer review, and implementation of FF&E for a $3M project at the PACE Center, including Health Department submittals for Innercare.
  • $6M FF&E Development for Glendale College: Managed FF&E planning, furniture specifications, and implementation for the Buena Vista Science Building at Glendale College, ensuring integration with building infrastructure and meeting educational space needs.

CMAASC Project Achievement Award in Hospitality for over $50M

SAC Health - Brier project involves the complete renovation and adaptive reuse of a former office building into a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. Located in the City of San Bernardino, this project transformed a 240,000 square foot building into a medical campus, with 158,000 square feet of clinical, dental, behavioral health, and primary and specialty care services, 88,000 square feet for non-clinical staff support service, 4,000 square feet for the Community Resource Center and 30,000 square feet of express care for the community. The campus will provide care for 300,000 patient visits in the next five years.
