CHRISTOPHER PETERS

• Duties include management and supervision of floor staff (Residential service coordinators) and daily operations of the shelter including facility supply orders and stocking, submitting maintenance requests through FMX system and collaborating with maintenance staff in completing repair tickets.
• Conduct one on one sessions with staff members for support and development.
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires.
• Submit food orders for Sysco systems and other outside agencies.
• Monitoring of Payroll and submission of timesheets.
• Conduct tours of facility with outside agencies.
• Facilitate employee scheduling and navigate coverage for shifts that are not adequately covered.
• Provide direct support for Program Director and complete assigned tasks when directed.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify and report safety hazards around facility.
• Conduct and monitoring of emergency drills.
• Ensure staff members mandatory certifications are up to date and provide referrals necessary in order to be compliant.
• Collaborate with County and outside agencies with referral to facility and navigation of SCC Clarity system.
• Participate in weekly, Bi weekly and monthly meetings with outside agencies to provide collaboration in client services.
