Accomplishments

  • While attending Waterford High School; I participated in several school plays. I was responsible for memorizing lines, cues, and choreography. I also assisted in organizing fundraising events and set construction.
  • Within 4 months of working at McDonald’s I became a trainer on the cashier, drive thru window, food handling, and sanitation processes.
  • Within 2 weeks of working at Medline Industries under the supervision of Randstad, I was training and operating Double Pallet Jacks as well as seeking training for Stand-Up Forklifts
  • Approximately 3 months after I began working at Dollar Tree, I was asked to assist with the Wave Control function, which opened the gateway to learning the AS400 system.
  • About 1.5 years after first learning how to use AS400 I received a promotion to being a Forklift Operator. I was soon recognized by the Quality Control department and was asked to assist with many QC functions and projects.
  • After being an Equipment Operator for approximately 1.5 years, I was approached by the Operations Manager at Dollar Tree Distribution and asked if I would assist with training associates who were new to driving High-Reach forklifts, in addition to all the Equipment Operator functions on AS400.
  • I became Dangerous Goods Certified within a few months of working at Tesla Parts Distribution, in addition to learning how to utilize TMS2 functions to investigate, determine and report discrepancies and possibly safety conditions.
  • While applying for promotions at Tesla and Rivian, I was given multiple opportunities to lead a portion of operations on the daily basis, especially to cover for a missing PoC (i.e. team lead or supervisor).
  • While working at Lululemon Athletica, I was provided the opportunity to take on the Data Administrator role, which allowed me to develop further leadership and computer-based skills.
