• Worked for FedEx Ground as a Maintenance Technician 2 from April 2020 to November 2023, with experience in conveyor systems, conveyor belt lacing/installation, replacement/installation of motor reducer combos, repairs in machine equipment, rebuilding conveyor parts, rebuilding all types of pulleys, rollers, pop-up diverts, troubleshooting photo eyes, shoe sorter equipment maintenance, arc welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, troubleshooting electrical failures, VFDs, PLCs, relays, and trained and experienced in the UE systems of bearing tests.

• Repair the pest control equipment as and when required. Provide maintenance for the equipment periodically.
• Travelling (South India) for breakdowns and troubleshooting of the pest control types of equipment.

Worked independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner, Performed fabrication such as sheet metal cutting, Bending, and welding (mig, tig, and stick)Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at facility.
• Worked at BOSCH Ltd in the production of the Alternators.
• Worked at BOSCH Ltd in the production of the Spark plugs and Fuel Injection Pumps.

• Was responsible for machine building of Radiator Production machines for Toyota. Used various jigs and fixtures and precision tools and instruments. (Micrometers, Vernier callipers, height gauge)
