In the coaching field I was able to help improve both the quality of the practices and my ability to work with people of all skill levels. During the summer being an assistant coach taught me how to enhance the teams performance and my team working skills. Taking instruction from the head coach to set up drills and practices taught me how to work on my communication skills so that we could get the practices going without wasting anytime. Being able to take commands and execute them was beneficial for both myself and the team, not only was I practicing on my communication skill but the players were able to get the most out of the practices.
