  • In December 2019, Health Units received directives to transition their Mass Notification Systems from ERMS to RAVE Alert by Spring 2020.
  • Tasked with leading this project for Ottawa Public Health, and with support from the City of Ottawa IT Department, we completed the transition on time, trained staff, uploaded over 7,000 contacts, managed internal communications, developed a training plan, established security and admin verification processes, and created bilingual message templates for protective measures and staff deployment.
  • This achievement realized through collaborative team effort, demonstrated our ability to adapt and innovate swiftly during a public health crisis.
