I worked through the outbreak of Covid; initially I was in Shoreline,WA where tents were used to isolate the vulnerable population. We then transitioned to established housing. Twenty-four nursing care was established.

• High standards of care were upheld for infection prevention by adhering to established guidelines.
• This was a no-harm reduction facility
• Clean needles with proper disposal containers were supplied.
• Alcohol plans were put into order per physician to prevent any withdrawals

• Administered medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitored responses.
• Performed various nursing interventions such as wound dressing, vital sign monitoring, and specimen collection.
• Assessed physical, psychological, physiologic, and cognitive status of patients.
• Monitored patients' conditions and reported changes in physical presentation, appearance, and behavior to discuss treatment with physicians.
