· Manage the preparation of meeting materials, ensuring all necessary documents and presentations are ready and delivered on time.
· Coordinate with internal and external meetings, including logistics, scheduling, handling calendar management for multiple executives.
· Point of contact for internal and externa partners for smooth communication with teams and clients
· Assist in tracking project deadlines, and follow-up tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
· Draft and proofread client facing communication, reports and internal memos for clarity.
· Assist with various administrative tasks, including expense tracking, filing, and document organization for operational efficiency.
