•Prepare training reports for submission to Training Manager for review within 24 hours of completion of

a training session;

•Create Training Materials focused to improve on Agent opportunities for submission to Training Manager for review when needed;

•Facilitate Training Initiatives and track Agent attendance and performance when needed;
