Most of my adult life I've worked as Chef competent in keeping kitchen staff on task and efficient to handle high-volume work. Knowledgeable about sourcing ingredients, maintaining budgets and maximizing customer satisfaction. I reached that point in my life when I wanted to make some changes and try something new. My second passion is driving & exploring so I decided to get my class 1 license to begin a career as a truck driver. I began my program at Valley Driving school where I was taught everything I needed to have a successful career. I focused on getting everything perfect which helped pass my class 1 license on my first go. Anywhere I have worked I made sure that I was professional, gave it my all, and came in with a open mind to learn as much as possible from every experience.
Obtained the skill needed in cooking in a commercial Kitchen and Breakfast experience.
