• Receipt & delivery of TechnipFMC & Customer owned equipment, tools, and spares (Materials Control Management)
• Ensures compliance of Import/Export and regulations
• Oversees the data input for all customer materials, equipment and TechnipFMC assets maintained in the Customer Property & TechnipFMC Inventory module of SAP, this includes verifying inventory data, performing transactions, and conducting research to resolve inventory issues for all customer service inventory as well as Implementation of the functional location in SAP for all Installed equipment
• Performs personnel management such as transportation, flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport meet and greet
• Management of TechnipFMC Fleet both Accra Takoradi including, Fuel, mileage, journey management, insurance, roadworthiness Tracking of Shipment from start to end using a tracking software Liaise with third party Clients/vendors oversee for inventory of Shipment
• Create Customers Invoice and Parking List (CIPL) for Export and Import OF
• Supervise Riggers, Welders in a Vessel for offshore operations - loading and unloading
• Tool Box-Talk (TBT) prior starting day activities
• Communicating effectively with other vessel crews and departments on a regular basis via handheld radio

• Oversaw the day-to-day operations of TGL road transport system in Accra, providing training, continuously reviewing, inspecting, and maintaining highest (Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards of entire fleets in Accra and Takoradi
• Ensured that professional and non-professional drivers comply with the company's vehicle inspections and maintenance requirements in line with the company's Fleet Management Policy
• Land Transport project were properly accounted for and that the key Land Transport contractors comply with TGL's Land Transport, EHS and Compliance policies and procedures
• Coordinated monthly safety (Toolbox Talk) driver's forum for both Accra and Takoradi as part of promoting driver safety culture in the company
• Initiated, implemented, and managed driver training program based on best practices with by the Logistic and Materials Department
