• Integrating physical and mental health: a paradigm shift in using the holistic/integrative approach to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention and promote recovery for people with mental illness

• Objectives:

• Improve the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention in affected users having a mental health disorder through the introduction of a holistic approach, including nutritional, physical activity and mindfulness interventions, in addition to psychosocial and medical interventions.

• Act on all the factors that are at the origin or aggravate the manifestations of mental illness to create a synergy increasing the chances of recovery of the affected person.

• Reduce hospital stays, reduce the amount of medication taken and improve people's physical health and quality of life
