Responsible for:

1. Building on the foundations of existing discipleship.

2. Creating vision & systems for the implementation of new discipleship, across all ages.

3. Modeling what it means to be a disciple of Christ in a variety of settings.

4. Identifying, training and empowering new leaders able to sustain a movement of discipleship.

5. Teaching God's word, with an emphasis on obedience.

1. Created discipleship tool, called The Way: Discipleship Pathway. See: theway.app

2. Mentored lead pastors and youth/young adult leaders.

3. Developed other discipleship tools such as parenting seminar, and catechism for kids.

I worked more with the staff, then children. We grew to approximately 1800 children, under 18, and approximately 300 young adults.

3. Executive Leadership Team

Contributed to the primary leadership team of 8-10, on a staff of up to 70.

4. Launched & Led A Discipleship School

Was responsible for developing this discipleship school, for young adults, from ground up. Then led it for 10 years. We graduated 543 students.
