I worked more with the staff, then children. We grew to approximately 1800 children, under 18, and approximately 300 young adults.

Contributed to the primary leadership team of 8-10, on a staff of up to 70.
4. Launched & Led A Discipleship School
Was responsible for developing this discipleship school, for young adults, from ground up. Then led it for 10 years. We graduated 543 students.
