-Oversee daily transit operations from various settings, control room, mobile and stations

-Control room duties included monitoring on time performance and schedule adherence.

-Adjust and fill service as needed to keep buses on schedule

-take calls from bus operators to assist them with any of the many things that they deal with daily, collisions, medical emergencies, detours, mechanical problems.

Mobile duties include filling out collision/ incident reports, on scene situations ( medical, detours etc.) management

-Station duties were mainly customer service oriented, deal with customers questions and assist them with their travel needs

- monitor bus service to ensure on time departures

-adjust service for any required shortfalls

-Qualified as Engineer, Yard Master, Conductor and Brakeman

-Engineer, Operator locomotive engine in a safe controlled manner adhering to all rules and train handling guidelines

-Yardmaster, Oversee all operations in the train yard, including of make of train consists. Scheduling of incoming and outgoing trains.

-Conductor, Oversee marshalling of train consist to ensure proper placement of cargo and dangerous commodities
