- ICU Unit Based Council (UBC) Committee :
- UBC committee members are responsible for serving as a voice for all bedside ICU nurses for improving quality patient care, unit operations, and enhancing nurse practice at the bedside.
- Specific measures we discuss during UBC are our audits for patient safety including falls, CAUTI's, CLABSI's, and HAPI's.
- Our UBC is currently working on obtaining our BEACON award.
- Develop, update, and evaluate unit policies and clinical projects
