  • I enjoy participating in a weekly kickboxing class which promotes physical fitness, mental discipline, and improved confidence. Being able to embrace these challenging classes has lead to noticeable improvements in my health and overall well-being while allowing me to meet like-minded people in the community thus fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared commitment to personal growth.
  • Spanning the fall of 2020, I dedicated weekly volunteer hours to provide essential support to the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) in Calgary, AB. Through my role on the dog care team, I actively contributed to the well-being and welfare of animals, while also supporting facility maintenance efforts. This hands-on experience provided me with invaluable insights into canine health and behavior, further deepening my passion for animal care and advocacy.
