• Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
• Worked closely with shift manager to solve problems and handle customer concerns.
• Scheduled, coordinated and confirmed appointments and meetings.

• Occasional heavy lifting and other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)
• Supported live events with well-controlled lights, sound and video streaming.
• Enhanced stage production quality by efficiently setting up, maintaining, and dismantling equipment.
• Maintained a safe working environment through diligent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Tested and calibrated audio and visual equipment to verify proper operation.
• Set up projectors, laptops and microphones for live presentations.
